 Contemporary Past: “Another XX century”

Even the origins of the Russian music had European roots, Russian music has been based in it self and true the continuation of a very deep tradition. During the XX century is it known that there has been a big amount of foreign music that has not been performed and is not performed in Russia for diferent politcal reasons. The main goal of this festival is to show with the best comunicative way another point of view of a XX Century that has not been shown in this city. We hope that the lectures, meetings and the performance of the every year chosen music we will give a big influence in St.Peterbsurg musical contemporary thinking.
